Traditional tutoring requires live sessions at set times. Async tutoring removes the scheduling stress and lets students learn at their own pace. They can re-read or re-watch feedback whenever they need, which often leads to better understanding and independence.
What ages or grade levels do you support?
Keni Can Math currently supports middle and high school students (grades 6–12) with core math topics, homework help, and test prep. Younger students may be considered on a case-by-case basis if async fits their learning style.
How quickly will my child get feedback?
All plans include guaranteed feedback within 24 to 48 hours. Premium members often receive responses in under 24 hours. This makes support consistent and dependable for both students and parents.
What if my child doesn’t use all of their submissions?
Unused submissions roll over for up to 30 days so families don’t lose value. We encourage students to stay consistent, but understand schedules can get busy.
How do payments and cancellations work?
Payments are due at the start of each month through our secure system. Families may cancel with 7 days’ notice, and unused submissions can roll over for 30 days. Because tutoring access is immediate, payments are non-refundable once a cycle begins.
